DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We offer refunds or replacements only for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the item for the same product or request a refund, please click HERE or email us at sales@frobutter.com.

Purchases made on our website can be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please note that if it has been more than 7 days since the delivery, we cannot offer a refund.

Remember, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for an equal or similar product or a refund if the product is defective or damaged.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING DAMAGED ITEMS

To facilitate your return process, please ensure the following:

  • Provide your order number.

  • Include proof of the damage or defect (pictures).

  • Attach your invoice as proof of purchase.

  • Provide the tracking number of the return shipment. Keep a record of the tracking number as we require confirmation of receipt before issuing a refund. We are not liable for lost packages.

  • Please note that Fro Butter reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our Return Policy. Returns failing to meet our policy may be returned to the client at their own expense.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel your order or make any changes, please email sales@frobutter.com. We can only cancel or modify orders that are still in the processing stage. Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Once we receive and accept your return, please allow 7 to 14 business days for processing. If your return does not meet the specified conditions, the package will be returned to you at your expense. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Upon acceptance of your return, you will receive a return confirmation email. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
