At Fro Butter, we deliver our products all over the country to ensure you receive them in perfect condition. To optimize delivery, please provide an address where the order can be delivered during normal business hours.

Delays
Fro Butter is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by natural or uncontrollable events. We are also not responsible for delays related to the courier, such as customs clearance. Please note that transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Undelivered Packages
If you are not available at the delivery address at the time of delivery or there is no person in charge to receive the package, it will be returned to us. Extra charges may apply for shipping costs in such cases.
